big snowy owl that took a year to knit

Let’s not talk about how long this project took me to finish! I should know myself better… toy knitting + bulky yarn + large DPN’s = Veronika’s least favorite kinda knitting! But, now that the owl is finally finished, it is A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!

He is beautiful! I don't think it matters how long it takes you to finish a project. Rushing it and knitting it when your in to something else kind of ruins it. I constantly have 1000 projects on the go :)

Wow, I don't have a penchant for owls except when I see others' projects. This is a beautiful one!

That owl is pretty and so is your girl. I might just have to knit up one for my boys. Just maybe a bit smaller. LOL
